Grounded in the filings issuers are legally required to publish.

Every rating starts with the source of truth: the KID and the ECSPR filing an issuer must lodge before raising on a European platform. Our analysts read them, cross-check the numbers, and score the raise on a consistent framework so you can compare deals like-for-like.

Every rating traces back to a public filing.

Under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 (ECSPR), every issuer raising on an authorised European crowdfunding platform must publish a Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS). Investment products distributed to retail investors additionally require a PRIIPs Key Information Document (KID). Our analysts start from those documents , not the pitch deck.

Do you cover every European crowdfunding platform?
We focus on Crowdfunding Service Providers authorised under ECSPR (visible in ESMA's public register) plus prospectus-based retail raises on major European venues. Coverage expands as new platforms are onboarded , the trust bar at the top shows current counts.
Are Kingscrowd Europe ratings investment advice?
No. Ratings and analyst reports are independent research to help you evaluate a raise. They are not a personal recommendation, and investing in early-stage or private companies carries a real risk of losing the entire amount invested.
What does early access include?
Waitlist members get first access to the platform at launch, the founding-member pricing tier locked in, early sight of analyst reports and ratings on live European raises, and invites to closed community sessions with the Kingscrowd and Over Ventures teams.
How much does it cost and when do you launch?
Pricing is finalised at launch and communicated to the waitlist first. Early-access members receive the founding-member rate. We're rolling out to waitlist cohorts in stages , join the list to receive your invite and position.
